Saban moved to Passwordless Authentication in October 2023.  The following instructions are required to setup your mobile device with Phone Sign-in for Passwordless authentication.  


  1. Find "Microsoft Authenticator" on your phone and open it (unless you were provided a YubiKey security key)

  2. Tap your Saban related account in the list


  3. Tap on "Enable phone sign-in" 


  4. If you see the screen below that says "set up 2-step verfiication" you need to ADD YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN by following Step#1 in these directions: Register phone/device with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).  Otherwise proceed to the next step.


  5. Tap "Continue" and follow the sign-in prompts


  6. Done!


After you complete the authentication, you should see the following "passwordless sign-in enabled" and now the button reads "disable phone sign-in"

Do not click "disable phone sign-in" since that will revert your changes.
